Each room looks out to the ocean. The beds are king sized. The staff was super friendly and helpful at cooking adventures for us. Eden resort was quite nice and the staff was very accommodating. The proximity to Oslob made for some fun days seeing Tumalog falls, whale shark watching, and Sumilon island snorkeling. Great ocean views from the room's balcony, pool, and dining area were truly amazing. A nearby ferry to and from Dumaguete was also very convenient. Highly recommend.

It’s a beautiful resort with nice view. Staff are friendly and approachable. It’s clean just few minor fix to be done. If you are planning to go to Whale shark at Oslob this is best resort just 10mins drive. We had amazing time, pool with stunning view.

Hidden treasure

The Eden Resort is a treasure. The location and staff are amazing. A big shout out to Luz for all her help. If you ask they will help arrange a ride to and help with a Whaleshark dive adventure. The resort has an on site restaurant that will also deliver to your room if asked.

Beautiful hideaway, had problems finding a international atm and not much grocery options. The food was great and close to the whale sharks. Bring pesos no money changer. But it was a beautiful ocean view Dumaguete off in the distance..

The resort is well located fronting the sea with a very nice view and nice snorkeling. The swimming-pool is nice. It could be very good, but it seems it’s going down with poor management and lack of maintenance. We had to change of room because the CR was clogged. Some part of the staff seems sleepy while other seems more active. There is a real lack of ambiance in the little resto, no music, no decoration…sometimes you feel in a ghost resort. The staff gives no advices about the tourist spots. We stayed there 10 years ago with a good feeling, that’s why we decided to come back. We do not know if we will come back.

The hotel is actually nice “for the area” and the staff very kind. The only reason I can’t give a higher rating is bc there was no hot water. We found out very early when we checked in and there still wasn’t any hot water when we checked out. This is a huge issue bc it’s very hot and humid and so we must shower in the cold water.
