The parking was extremely difficult. The lot was under construction Also the charged us twice the rate posted by Expedia. This was tricky and not correct Expedia published a fare which we trusted. When we arrive at front desk they charged twice on cc. We were so tired that we could not fight and stayed one night only. ,

Beautiful new Hilton Curio Collection in Santiago. The aesthics and details of the place are top And if you're a cigar afficionado, it's an even better option. There's an Arturo Fuente's Cigar Shop and Smoke Lounge. Enjoyed and appreciated the terrace and pool area. Did notice lack of information about hotel services in the room. Couldn't find any printed items formation/details. It's s a superb place, with cultural details and artistic elements throughout the space.

The Hotel is beautiful! Definitely a 5 star hotel. Everything was spotless. All of the staff were extremely friendly. The food in the hotel restaurant was average. The red sangria was delicious. Would definitely return.

Everything is new! Staff was kind and courteous. The gym is also great. I was onlt there for an overnight so I can't speak to the pool. The breakfast was also great. No complaints.
