Great stay and location
Really clean and comfortable extra large beds. Pool area and bar very nice. The Pisco sours are divine here. The staff are all very helpful.

Our stay was good. Very nice staff, good breakfast spread, and safe surrounding area. The room needed updating and some fixes (the tub did not drain well, things cracked on the wall, etc.)

The food at the hotel spectacular. The personnel good. The hotel is old and not well maintained. The old carpets gives the impression of not clean. The may not be clean. The hotel is very average for a 2 star hotel. The ubicación is good at it is in the center of the city. Even though the crowding in the area make uncomfortable the strolling.

We love the location of this hotel, which is very convenient. However, the check in process was frustrating. The hotel staff refused to check in anyone before the official 3PM check-in time, even at 2:30PM. We understand not all the rooms are available before 3PM. This is the first hotel we've ever stayed showed such inflexibility.

I have never felt this way in any other hotel. I felt DISCRIMINATED to the point I had to take my partner to the hospital because of health issues after an incident in this hotel. Everything was good until the last minute. The person working in the first floor by the door mistreated and even slammed my boyfriend’s car rental because someone from the Government was in the building. All this is while I’m trying to put the bags in the trunk. When we requested to speak to a manager the manager said that he acted like that because he didn’t know we were one of the hotel customer and that he can’t do anything. We were mistreated and trust me I have never felt like this before. Discrimination, frustration, and lack of empathy should be the name of this hotel. Not getting into I found a bug in the room, but due to the fact it is an old hotel I was not going to get into that. I would recognize that Make Make restaurant staff was very nice. Stay far away from this hotel. You will thank me later

Air conditioner did not work. Maintenance came three times and couldn't fix it. Found out another couple had the same problem. No compensation given. Happy hour advertised on the weekend but is only Monday to Friday. Good location.

Nicely decorated hotel. Pool and its terrace give a holiday feel which is nice when in the busy city. Restaurant very good. Super clean, comfortable beds , large spacious room and plenty of hot water. Free drink on arrival is a nice touch. Central for visiting tourist sites

A lovely hotel in the centre of Santiago de Chile. A very nice lobby area on the sixth floor with ancient artifacts. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Good breakfasts in the restaurant, which also serves excellent dinners.
