Read the fine print. They charge more than advertised. My flight was delayed for a day. They still charge my CC with $98. The Expedia reservation was for $78. The staff is very rude.

Good location in Providencia, close to Costanero park and near Shopping mall and tower Costanera, very nice and decent room for the small apt. with terrase in 14th floor, ask for that or 13th floor if you want a terrase to get tanned / in summer...

We stay in the Cambiaso when we go to Santiago ( about 2 or 3 times a year.) Not fancy but clean &comfortable and the office staff speak English. We particularly like the area which has lots of restaurants.

Sweet balcony

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, I just want to said this is not a hotel this is a company whom owns units in a apartment building, for check in u have to go to the floor 12 where u will find the office. The staff is very friendly and look very professional, the room where we stayed was small but good enough for a night or two, the location is unbeatable and the best they have its the balcony, a great view of San Cristobal hill

Perfect for a short stay

Located in Provedencia. Great Barrio away from down town. Close to the metro. Entry to apartments is behind the Hotel Neptuno. Staff were amazing!!! From Checkin to information. They were so helpful and polite. Was only here 2 nights and was perfect for gettng around.

Perfect location.

The hotel is in a great location...once you find it. There is no hotel sign, the entrance is located behind another hotel, beside a gym. Again there is no indication that you are at the right place cause there is no sign telling you where to go, there's just a doorman who doesn't speak English but just points at the elevator. Luckily I bumped into a cleaning lady who directed me to the actual office which is located on the 12th floor in room 1217. A little sign at the entrance or in the elevator would have been helpful. The hotel/apart was perfect, very clean & spacious, the metro is 5 min away, Costanera Shopping mall (largest mall in South America) was an easy 20 min walk. Nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants around. We needed a taxi at 3:45am for an early flight which the hotel had prearranged for us, got a call when the taxi arrived so we didn't have to wait downstairs or outside which was nice. The taxi to the airport was 20,000 CLP (~$30usd). We'll definitely stay there again.

Good Location. That's it.

Excelent Location. Good cost/benefit. But that´s it. The hotel is old, there is no appearance of an hotel, no reception hall, no room service, no restaurant, nothing. The hot water isn´t enought for a bath and the wireless internet doesn't work inside the room.

Central location.

We had a great time. Hotel is close to the Metro, Buses, Restaurants, Pubs, and stores. Staff is very helpful. Santiago is a fun city. The Best sandwich place is almost next door - Fuente Alemana! You have to have one... If you don't speak Spanish, ask for an English Menu.

Nice hotel in the downtown santiago, Chile.

Had a great time roaming around the city. Hotel is right near metro station ,and in a great neighborhood. Its super safe and easy access to all the places in the city. The staff is super helpful in figuring things out in the city.
