Overall very good
Overall, the stay was very good. The beds were very, very comfortable and the rooms were quite big. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good also. there was an issue with the hot water which varied between lukewarm and scalding, depending on what time of day you took a shower. unfortunately, my room had a bit of a sewer smell due to a recent rainstorm and possible flooding, but my colleague did not have the same smell in her room. They tried to fix it but the smell persisted. Otherwise, great stay.

Use to be one of the best, something has changed. Menu is not the same. Staff is nice and it is located in great position But it was great, now it just good. Breakfasr was the same every day, when you stay longer is getting bored

My stay at the Radisson Blu Plaza El Bosque Santiago was overall quite pleasant, with several notable highlights alongside a few minor drawbacks. Accommodation and Comfort: The hotel room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable bed and adequate amenities for a relaxing stay. However, one notable inconvenience was the limited provision of toiletries. The soap provided was very small, and both the shampoo and liquid soap were in small quantities, which made it necessary to request additional supplies frequently. Radisson Blu El Bosque, is located at a nice and safe neighborhood, in Las Condes area. The hotel has a very good buffet breakfast, and lunch and dinner are also available. It also has indoor/ouside pool, a fitness center. The room was beautiful, modern and clean. Walking distance there are some stores, farmacy, shopping mall, etc. Check in and check out was fast and easy. I spent 2 nights with my 10 year old daughter,...If I go back to Chile, I will definitely stay there again!

The property was a little tired and worn, with the room that we had. We had a great view and it was quiet. The condition of the hallways was very dark and the woodwork including the doors really needed a touch-up. Breakfast was good and the rate was very reasonable.

I left our winter coats in the closet when we left to meet the ship at the dock which was 2 hrs away and didn't realize it until we reached the ship. I tried to call the hotel phone many times but never received an answer. Then I emailed the Radisson blue website but still have not received an answer. We were on the cruise for 16 days and will be back home in 2 more days. If you can help contact the Radisson Blu in Santiago, it would be a great help.
