Fantastic staff in a neighbourhood full of cafés, restaurants and typically Chilean architecture. The view of the Andes from the room and, not those mountains, but the city and San Cristobal from the roof cafe was outstanding. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and fresh. It was very central to the city and the Metro. Definitely staying there again.

Short but sweet stay
We had a corner room on the 11th floor with beautiful panoramic views through floor to ceiling windows. The room was spacious and modern, coffee, water and soft drinks in the honor bar were included. Espresso machine and water dispenser in the lobby also gratis. Beautiful drinks and surprisingly good dinner on the top floor. Breakfast was also included and adequate. Safe neighborhood, close to the Metropolitan Park with gondola and funicular, and the lively Bellavista neighborhood for nightlife.

Love the location! Room was amazing. Brand new property. But out lock didn’t work so after 1st night we packed our luggage and moved to another room. 2nd day of out stay they forgot to clean our room, but front desk kindly provided fresh towels and water for minibar with coffee capsules.

We arrived ar 11.15 pm and despite of previous email confirmation reminder and automatic survey for check in rating from Hotel.com, they couldn't find our booking. It took more than 20 mns to finally get⁰ keys but when we arrived at the room it was already occupied!! Coming down at the reception the receptionist first lpicked up his phone and wanted to "understand" why the room was occupied instead of finding us an other room...(by that time we had passed mighnight and simply wanted to finally get a room) When we finally could get in yhe room, it was smelling cigarettes but they never came to disinfect Too bad as it has all infrastructure to be a nice place ... It kept its promises you can read in yhe elevator "unforgettable"... indeed but not for the right reasons...

We enjoy our stay, and easy to walk with many options of restaurants. The only feedback is the bathroom, needs more attention on the shower, you can see mould between the tiles, other than that we are happy with everything else, friendly staff :)
