is a nice hotel but I was shocked when they charged me USD83.00 extras without explanation. a facility like TV is not so good as they have reception problems and unclear pictures. Wifi is not so good very inconsistence

Excellent people. Franklin the host very nice. The housekeeper of my room nice. The dining place very good But, elevator needs to be replaced URGENT, Add nightstand with a lamp in room 306 and keep the small freezer separated from bed, that looks like an hour motel , no nice. Overall is ok

Me gustó: El personal fue muy atento y cordial. La limpieza, tanto de la habitación como de las áreas muy buena. No me gustó: 1) El ascensor tuvo problemas casi por 5 dias, lo que hacía un poco difícil para mi subir y bajar hasta el 4to. piso. Al final fue reparado. 2) El menú para el desayuno no era muy variado.
