Great hotel in busy city
Newly opened a few minor things, staff need to explain things more. That aside it didn't detract from the hotel which is very nice, great location, very relaxing in a busy city.

Entiendo que no estan listos para operar, no te dicen que el parqueo es en p4, no hay señalizacion para llegar, asi que toca adivinar. Duramos 2 dias sin agua fria, para bañarse habia que quemarse y ni una disculpa ni nada. Lo unico que excede las expectativas es el restaurante, un servicio excelente, el desayuno muy delicioso. El resto de colaboradores parece no estar bien entrenado, el maletero se perdia.. en fin, deben entrenar su personal, corregir las fallas técnicas y señalizar el hotel y su parqueo.
