El staff del hotel es muy amable y profesional en todo momento. El cuarto estaba limpio y en orden y con una vista bonita. Cabe mencionar que el balcón es muy angosto. Tuvimos algún problema de agua caliente pero fueron a la habitación y se solucionó de inmediato. Su ubicación es muy conveniente, pero por la noche si hay mucho ruido afuera del hotel. En cuanto al desayuno, que es buffet, es un tanto pobre. Definitivamente pudieran mejorarlo. Por último, como sugerencia para el hotel, el color de la piscina estaba mucho mejor como se anuncia aún en sus fotos (azul el fondo y con el logotipo del hotel), ya que el nuevo tono verde da la impresión de estar sucia.

The people were very nice and provide an excellent service , specially at breakfast buffet the views were really nice. However the street noise is horrible and the facility needs update. The room were not clean and the rugs were dirty. The staff Never change the bead sheets. Did not clean the bathroom. The room maintenance was horrible.

Me encanto su ubicación, la limpieza de las habitaciones, el personal es estupendo en especial el de Jose (área de buffet) es muy atento y eficiente. Se que volveré pronto. * Por favor consideren poner calentador a la piscina es hermosa pero no la pude utilizar ya que el agua es demasiado fría.
