The resort has a lot of potential, but needs remodeling. The service is poor, the buffet has no variety and the bar lacks a variety of drinks. If I have to give a score, I would give this hotel a 4 out of 10.

El lugar es bastante centrico para salir caminando y el transporte publico pasa bastante cerca, Lo mejor es el personal que trabaja en el lugar el grupo de servicio al cliente y ni decir de el personal de animacion muy buenos y siempre trabajan mucho tu los vez hasta tarde en la noche en el show y luego ya temprano en la mañana estan hay preparando todo para tratar de hacer su programa diario y los horas de practica para que el shoew quede bien de verdad que son tremendos el trabajo de ellos es muy sacrificado los admiro son muchas horas de preparacion a diario.

Horrible!!! We checked in our room at 3pm and went to eat something. Food was horrible, cold , stale. When I went back to my room at 6pm to get ready for an event I had to attend they didn’t put towels in my room. I went to the lobby to complain cause of course the phone in the room didn’t work. And 1 hour later my towels were brought. Next day room cleaners came to clean at 6pm again with no towels. The staff I had no problems with they tried to be as nice as possible but overall the hotel was horrible. Oh forgot to mention the leak in my room.
