The food was not good. Has two restaurants, one buffet style and the other a la carte, but must make reservations before going. All the soda I requested tasted weird, was told that it was not original coke or sprite but mixed on a machine with a like Coca-Cola syrup. The room looked dated and dingy. The grounds small. The beach is amazing, but feels like a pool, no real waves, because of the small island “la matica” sheltering. The walking vendors are relentless, became annoying after a while.

Deben de mejorar la calidad de todo lo que es bebible( incluyendo jugos y refrescos) en nada tienen calidad o saben a un producto normal. La piña colada es lo peor que pude tomar y la cerveza presidente no sabía a comprar una en el colmado. La comida muy buena, si algo de mencionar tanto para el restaurante a la carta y cómo al snack… Primero el restaurante a la carta, en la temática italiana donde la mitad del menú es pizza y calzone, cómo puede ser que no estaban disponible(tomando en referencia un fin de semana cómo este). Segundo el snack, deben de aumentar las planchas y la personas, esperando una carne se hamburguesa durar prácticamente una hora en una fila no es algo grato. Estos son los punto más a tomar en cuenta, después muy buen personal y la atención nos gusto, las habitaciones remodeladas están muy bonitas. La limpieza excelente y los olores siempre higiénicos nunca sentí un mal olor.

Please do not waste your money going here. The place is dirty and not well maintained. Old bathroom, smelly water, the electricity kept going off making it impossible to sleep with no ac. The pool was dirty. It was just the most nasty hotel ever!

You get what you pay for! If you are looking for a cheap vacation with the bare minimums, this might be the place to book. Access to this calm, crystal clear beach is the best part of this resort. Negatives: Rooms were crawling with ants. Tub had very slow drainage and water was yellow. Attention to these problems were noted but no one came to address the problem during my 8 day stay. No shampoo or conditioner supplied. Toilet tissue rolls and 2 thin small soap bars provided. Food: At the buffet, lack of variety and no protection against flies and sneezing or coughing from guests. Food temperature was not monitored. The toaster and panini press were almost never working. The restaurant on premises requires a reservation. It is only available on the weekends. There is a prefixed menu with limited options. There are no substitutions on the menu items. Parts of the meal are not served. I had to get up and make my salad and bring to the table my fixings. Staff seemed annoyed that I requested extra tortillas and chips as I was quickly reminded where I could find some. The restaurant was not air conditioned. Avoid the snack bar during peak times. Food is not kept safe from flies or heat of the day. Very long wait for undercooked burger and water logged franks. Positives: Security was ever present at all times of the day and night. Most staff was friendly and professional. Beach had plenty of places to lounge. Shared spaces were kept clean. Posted activity schedule followed.
