This property is in a wonderful location in Imeroviglia - a quieter option than Fira or Oia. It is right by the coastal path so easy to walk to both towns from there. The views over the caldera are stunning. The room was lovely; we liked the fact that breakfast was served on our terrace every morning. We would absolutely return to this property and have already recommended it to friends.

Great location
Wonderful stay in Imerovigli. This hotel is perfectly located away from the chaos and crowds of Fira and Oia. Hosts George & Paul were extremely kind. Informative with excellent recommendations and helpful with a car rental (which was delivered & picked up right from the hotel). Morning breakfast was made to order & delivered directly to our room each day. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again. Only complaint for us was the very firm mattress. But the AC ran great & bedding was comfortable. Excellent sunset views from the top deck too!!!

A lovely older style hotel with stunning views of the caldera. The location between Fira and Oia made for a quieter stay without all the crowds. Plenty of lovely restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets. Would definitely stay again.

Nice, clean big room. Great breakfast that you pre-order the day before and what time you want to eat. Brought to our patio and sat and ate with lovely sunrise view over the Mediterranean.

We enjoyed a fantastic week at Abelonas. What a great location for exploring the island and for views of the sunset from the room, without the premium price tag. It was a huge bonus having the swimming pool and sun deck area, which is a rare find in Imerovigli.

A top the mountain with great views
The hotel is a little out of the way but worth tht trip. The room was very big and comfortable. The view of the sunset and sunrise is wonderful. They make a great breakfast for you and bring it to your room. There are a few restaurants to choose from for dinner.
