Great staff who get to know you. It is deep in a small village with uneven steps and hilly terrain. If you have knee or accessibility issues, it will be difficult to navigate. However, the staff are all great and will even arrange transportation wherever you need to go. They have a great porter who somehow carried all our luggage through the terrain and to our room. It’s a quiet area with an amazing breakfast which you order the night before and can enjoy on your terrace. Hot tub is great and you have a lot of privacy since there are less than 10 rooms. Great stay and would recommend for couples looking for a quiet time.

Had an amazing stay here at Edem luxury hotel , anything we have asked for has been met with great service , helped with excursions , car hire and even accommodating extra transfers for family Not staying at this hotel , couldn’t of asked for more from George , Melina and team , we had clean rooms , fresh towels , breakfast on the terrace , luxury bath products , amazing views and an amazing sleep in the extra thick bed honestly couldn’t of asked for more from my Santorini holiday with my family will Definately visit again , sagapou Edem!

We had an amazing time, the staff goes over the top to make you feel welcome. Walking from the parking lot isn't the most convenient, but you hardly care with how fantastic this property is.

They made our honeymoon special ! The owner is a great generous person who always made sure that we enjoyed the trip, he also helped us book activities that were cheaper if booked outside. Their food is amazing, Our booking came with breakfast and it was really great, they charge for dinner and lunch but you get what you pay for and they make great pizzas, pastas and of course greek salads. There is a store near by to buy snacks as well by the parking area. Be ready to walk a lot in Santorini and its steep so bring comfortable shoes, since that island was formed by a volcanic eruption. Over all couldn't have been a better experience.

An amazing hotel experience near Oia!
Wow! This place is next level, but let me give a pro tip. There is no parking lot at this hotel. You need to park in Finikia public parking (if you rented a car) and then walk the residential cobblestone streets through homes to get to the hotel. It’s a 5 minute walk. Once we made it to the hotel, we were greeted by Dmitri who really went the extra mile. He brought us champagne with raspberries, then showed us our room. The room is AMAZING! My husband and I slept so well. Right after showing us our room, he brought us a fruit plate and then an olive and cheese plate. We got the room with a hot tub on the terrace and we mentioned we wanted to go up there in the hot tub. We walked to Oia and went shopping, took in some amazing views, and had dinner. We walked back to the hotel and Dmitri had preheated the hot tub for us! We ordered a bottle of wine and went upstairs to the hot tub, drank wine, and enjoyed the crystal clear view of the stars and constellations in the sky. We also had a great nights’ sleep. The bed is so comfortable. Thank you for a Santorini experience we won’t ever forget!

Great staff lovely attitude. The property is NOT a 5star at all. Maybe a 2 star but really a lovely B&B with about 8rooms. This view is reinforced by the property I'm at now in Mykonos. Now this is a 5 star. Ambience amenities aesthetic and overall attention to detail is comparable to hotels across the globe. Edem failed miserablely in this regard. It was a struggle walking to and from the hotel entrance from the drop off point. The drop off point whose identifiable landmark is a row of trashcans and stray dogs milling about the area is a rather dingy dark parking lot that looks like a municipal general lot. The area is a mixture of a public residential area whose neighbors consist of families, other B&Bs that also call themselves hotels, tavernas and restaurants.

The staff was really friendly. I paid for a balcony and sea view, I had neither it was a "Cave" room, no windows, definitely not a balcony or sea view. Very disappointed. Pictures on the internet is very misleading.
