A beautiful hotel with exceptional cleanliness, a lovely pool area, a delicious and healthy breakfast, and most importantly, its wonderfully engaging staff.
I was picked up at the bus station by Aries, who kindly carried my suitcase. My suite was spotlessly clean and well-furnished with plenty of fresh towels. The terrace offered gorge sunset views. Hassan was especially kind, attentive, and genuinely caring.
Unfortunately, I had a fall on the terrace steps. The staff immediately took me to see a doctor. Hassan arranged the taxi and sent Aries to the pharmacy. Hassan and the tall handsome gentleman who worked at the bar (whose name I'm sorry to have forgotten) kindly walked me to the doctor's office and to the taxi station, supporting me along the way. Hassan even brought my breakfast to my room the night before my early flight to Athens.
The only big disappointment was that my credit card was charged four days before my arrival, even though I had selected the “pay on arrival" option because I planned to pay in cash. This early charge cost me more due to the rate difference of the “early pay nonrefundable” and “pay on arrival” plus a foreign transaction fee on my credit card. It was disappointing that the hotel did not honor the original payment method.
