Apartamento de luxo sem o basico!
Embora boa localizacao e espacoca, a propriedade deixa muito a desejar em alguns aspectos simples, principalmente quando se intitula como um apartamento de luxo. Como podemos aceitar uma acomodacao classificada como luxo, nao ter coisas basicas como espelho, balcao de pia, tapete, secador de cabelo, sabonete, papel higienico para reposicao e toalha de rosto no banheiro? No quarto nao haviam criados mudos ao lado das camas, impossibilitando deixar pertences no quarto como celulares, a nao ser no chao. Nao havia cobertor reserva em caso de necessidade. O ar condicionado era antigo, barulhento e de dificil acesso. Nao havia blackout na janela do quarto, fazendo com que o mesmo recebesse a claridade da rua. Problema com luzes e interruptores por todo o apartamento. Porta de entrada do apartamento danificada com buraco na madeira e macaneta nao muito firme. Aspecto geral do apartamento necessitando de manutencao e pintura. Fallha de comunicacao no momento do check-in, onde a portaria nao tinha conhecimento da reserva e tao pouco eu havia recebido uma comunicacao com o numero do quarto reservado. Uma simples e unica foto no anuncio, mostrando uma sequencia de paines na parede e a mesa da sala, nao retrata as condicoes e a realidade do imovel que precisa de melhorias e um olhar mais sensivel de quem hospeda, sabendo entender as necessidades basicas do hospede.

Apartamento muito bom, bem organizado, faltou informar no site que é necessário um cadastro para usar piscina, academia e sauna que demora até 72h pra ficar pronto, então não conseguimos utilizar nada disso.
