It is a very well known hotel were the famous people stay, the staff is great!!! I'd stay there again. I just would like to give a feed back on the property. I believe the management is lacking on keeping the place well maintained from walls ,furniture to glass windows and mobília , it looks abandoned or as if the don't care . Michelangelo your hotel is very famous it is time to invest in this beauty you have to look a bit more glamorous.

Os canais da tv não funcionavam, conversei na recepção e enviaram um técnico no meu quarto, ele mexeu na configuração para localizar os canais e no final do processo só reconheceu record, a maçaneta da porta do banheiro estava solta, saia toda hora que a gente puxava, o chuveiro não esquentava, mesmo aguardando bastante tempo ele ligado no quente, no máximo ele ficava morno, eu realmente me decepcionei com o lugar, o atendimento dos funcionários são excelentes, café da manhã muito bom, porém meu quarto ficou muito a desejar, até pq fui com minha filha de 3 anos, tive que deixar ela com o meu celular para se distrair pq a tv não pegava os canais informado no folder

Muito confortável e espaçoso, café da manhã muito bom e diversificado. Pontos negativos: Frigobar sem nenhum item, tem que pedir tudo na recepção. cama de casal extremamente "torta" colchão na metade direita estava completamente fundo e do outro lado normal, ficando eu e minha esposa dormindo na metade do colchão, ou seja, não adiantou pedir uma cama de casa. Colchão mole e me deu muita dor nas costas. De resto, gostamos da estadia.

Infelizmente os recepcionistas que estão a frente querem mais espantar os clientes do que atende-los. Experiencia péssima, com a má postura e má vontade dos recepcionistas. A maçaneta do banheiro caia a todo instante, tínhamos que deixar a porta aberta. A coberta cheirava a poeira, o controle da tv não funcionava. Sem falar na distancia do hotel, que não seria o problema se tivesse mais receptividade dos colaboradores.
