HORRIBLE MANAGER (VICTOR)
The Pousada itself was neatly maintained and workers (JR, Jotinho, Gil, Bruno, female receptionist and Celio) were a complete delight and made our stay very very very comfortable. However, MANAGEMENT (VICTOR) is terrible. Unapproachable, rude, and no one who works for him thinks he belongs in the position. We were treated better by other Pousadas management than our own. My advice to the owner, replace your son before you lose out on more business.

A localização é ótima, os funcionários são gentis, a comida é boa. Só que a manutenção da pousada é muito ruim. Espreguiçadeiras da piscina com tecido rasgado, ombrelones danificados, Wi-Fi não funciona direito em várias partes, plantas morrendo nos vasos, lençol com cheiro de mofo, bicicletas enferrujadas e quebradas. Precisa de uma boa reforma. Do jeito que está, não volto.

Aconchego e ótimo atendimento
As fotos não fazem jus à beleza e aconchego da Pousada do Toque, as áreas comuns são muito agradáveis, bonitas, bem cuidadas. O quarto é amplo, a varanda com rede é uma delícia e a banheira um diferencial (a minha estava com um vazamento, mas não atrapalhou o uso), destaco também a água mineral disponibilizada sem custo no frigobar. Petiscos e comida bem feitas e muito saborosas, bebida gelada, tudo no ponto. Mas o que encanta e torna tudo ainda melhor é o atendimento da equipe! Pessoas solícitas, com sorriso no rosto, serviço de extrema qualidade e agilidade: Jota Erre, Gil e Jobson são especiais!

Pousada muito agradável, em um ponto ótimo da praia. Quarto confortável, com cama grande, chuveiro bom. Atendimento excelente dos funcionários. Bom café da manhã a la carte. A sauna e o spa estavam em reforma e não há caiaques e SUP.
