boa localização mas pouco confortável

Escolhi o Angatu pela localização e boa avaliação, porém ao chegar e não ter uma pessoa na recepção e na cozinha ao lado uma pessoa cozinhando de chinelos e sem camisa não foi bem oque esperava. Banheiros compartilhados tbém não percebi essa informação junto ao site de reservas.
