Newly renovated apartments. Walkable area and just in front there is a metro station. Parking space available. The only thing is that the matrasses are FIRM.

Poor Hospitality & Exorbitant Fees
The primary reason for my poor review for this property is because even though the room was ready, they would not let me check in early, at noon. They wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee for checking in early. And even though I was checking out of the hotel very early the following morning (6 AM) and so would overall spend much less than 24 hours in the room.

Maravilhoso, assim como qualquer experiência que tive com os outros apês. Localização perfeita com entrada pela avenida Paulista e haddock lobo. O único ponto negativo é que me colocaram em um quarto sem vista para a paulista, mesmo a reserva sendo feita para um quarto de padrão superior. Mas acredito que isso poderia ser facilmente resolvido entrando em contato antes de estadia e fazendo essa solicitação.

Foi ótima, achei o check-in formulário muito complexo com as fotos, mas consegui. Ótimo apê, limpo, organizado, eles emprestam ferro de passar, tem wi-fi, tv, agua quente. Boa localização, tem um restaurante no térreo, shoppings proximo. Não tem estacionamento, precisa pagar a parte e não seguram sua vaga se vc pagar diária, saiu perdeu.

Pros: studio bonito, limpo, possui guarda volume sem custos e a localizacao é impecavel ao lado de uma estacao de metrô. Contras: Check-in muito tarde (15h), hóspedes muito barulhetos, fechadura eletronica muito confusa; Qualquer coisa que vc precise é pago à parte (limpeza do quarto por exemplo)

quarto muito limpo, equipe gentil, nao tem cafe da manha mas tem opcoes por perto, A melhorar: a netiflix com problema de conexao, eu acho que deveria ter prateleira na pia do balheiro pois nao tem onde colocar artigos de higiene, o mesmo para toalha de rosto. Nao tem camareiras limpando todo dia mas tudo que precisa eles atendem na hora
