Nice place with friendly staff. The units are quites small, but perfect for 1 person. Best shower I’ve had in years - I wish I had one of those at home. A bit noisy. I was on the 10th floor with the windows shut, and could hear the street traffic and live music from the restaurant downstairs - which was over before 10pm.

Poor Hospitality & Exorbitant Fees
The primary reason for my poor review for this property is because even though the room was ready, they would not let me check in early, at noon. They wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee for checking in early. And even though I was checking out of the hotel very early the following morning (6 AM) and so would overall spend much less than 24 hours in the room.

Mãe e uma criança no Apê
Localização excelente. Café da manhã do restaurante anexo com bom custo benefício. Quarto muito bem equipado. Chuveiro ótimo. Mas as janelas precisavam ter isolamento acústico melhor, o barulho da rua incomoda bastante, talvez andares mais altos sejam mais interessante (fiquei no 3º).

Há um ponto positivo: a localização. Embora as instalações sejam novas, a falta de isolamento acústico no quarto atrapalha muito o descanso, sobretudo o barulho que fazem no corredor e nas maçanetas eletrônicas. A cama de casal é muito pequena. Deveriam ter outras opções de cama.

Apartamento confortável, bom custo benefício e localização excelente. Infelizmente, em uma das noites ocorreu o problema com o fornecimento de água. Embora imprevistos possam ocorrer, o que realmente deixou a desejar foi a comunicação da equipe, que parecia totalmente despreparada para lidar com o problema, passando informações confusas e conflitantes, em especial quanto ao prazo para regularização (que só ocorreu mais de seis horas). Acho importante que os funcionários, mesmo jovens, sejam orientados a lidar com os imprevistos que podem ocorrer.

O apê smart Paulista foi uma ótima experiência, ótimo custo benefício. O local fica em frente ao metrô, próximo a vários restaurantes, bares, mini mercados, drogarias e lojas de conveniência enfim muito bem localizado. O apê é moderno e funcional ideal para quem precisa apenas de um repouso e descanso durante a viagem. Só sentimos falta de ter uma ducha higiênica. Fora isso adoramos o apê que inclusive conta com utensílios como taça, copos, pratos e talheres...super recomendo!
