Usually Hilton brands are good but this was my worst Hilton experience. I paid $300/day and it’s not worth. The room was noisy, the utilities are old and service was horrible. I regret picking this hotel when there were other better choice for cheaper prices around.

Tucked a bit out of the way, the hotel is in walking distance from the activity filled Avenida Paulista. The staff were extremely attentive and accomodating and were very friendly as well.

Love everything about the hotel. Nice modern and clean suite and dining area. Their extra chill space on the top floor should have more chairs or lounge chairs for those who would like to relax at the hotel would be my only feedback. Otherwise, friendly and welcoming staff - however I do find it odd that even checking out, although when there is a lot of staff around, none helped with putting our luggages to our Uber. That extra gesture would give us a more memorable impression.
