Convenient but sub-standard; somewhat over-priced
CONS: The first room we were given here had not been cleaned. Then in the room we used, no water in the sink meant you had to stand in the shower to brush teeth or wash your hands. The sheet was for a smaller bed so we kept waking up to find ourselves laying directly on the mattress which had no cover that could be removed and laundered. Something in the bedding kept stinging my wife during the night. PROs: The reception staff were very kind and tried their best by showing us multiple rooms. It was close to the long-distance bus station. The ac did work as did the tv, which was located on the wall at the foot of the bed.

Nem tudo é como parece, pode ser pior.
Uma das recepcionista , é muito grossa e mau educada , sem crachá e sem identificação , não sou capaz de nomea-la. A única vantagem do hotel e a proximidade com a Rodoviária , muito perto , o que facilitou. O preço é bem caro para um serviço tão ruim... outros hoteis com a mesma faixa de preço oferecem serviços mais descentes . Roupa de cama e banho sujas , muito barulho nos bares do entorno, vizinhaça de moradores em situação de rua. Hotels.com cobrou uma taxa que não havia sido informada na contratação, ao chegar no hotel o valor estava diferente do combinado. Não pretendo usar nenhum dos serviços na minha proxima viagem.
