The host/receptionist was very nice and accommodating. He let me into the room a little early and was very helpful. Neighborhood was very pleasant and it’s a great spot to stay if you’d like to enjoy Vila Madalena and Beco de Batman.

Tudo de acordo com o que eu esperava, super próximo do metrô, funcionários super atenciosos, o quarto em que eu fiquei bem agradável, as camas não fazem barulho quando a pessoa de cima sobe, não tivemos problemas com os outros hóspedes, gavetões bem espaçosos, café da manhã bem simples mais muito bacana, banheiro sempre em ótimas condições, sinal do Wi-Fi super ok também!

Conforme o que esperava. Incrível quanto ao detalhe da confraternização, receptividade e acolhimento de uns para com os outros. Várias pessoas com as quais passamos por bons momentos numa área de encontro. Simpatia dos funcionários da recepção. Infelizmente tive que sair antes do café da manhã, mas sei que também foi oferecido. Satisfeito.

(1)meu quarto foi num cômodo atrás do prédio principal, estava chovendo e não tinha cobertura para chegar à sala / recepção; (2)fiquei na parte de cima do beliche, o teto é muito baixo, não dá pra sentar na cama, bate a cabeça(2)Internet só na recepção; (3)cobram toalhas e vendem cadeados para armário, já fiquei em Hostel que esses itens são fornecidos; (4)café da manhã muito fraco, ah! detalhe, cobrado à parte, R $7,00

Desorganização total!
Não houve estadia, pois embora a minha reserva tenha sido confirmada pelo Hoteis.com e eu tenha recebido VÁRIAS notificações, o Hostel não validou a minha reserva e tampouco se esforçou para me acomodar em outro lugar. O máximo que fizeram foi ligar pra dois outros hostels perguntando se tinha vaga. Como a cidade estava cheia devido a dois eventos de grande porte que ocorreriam no fim de semana, tive que me hospedar em um lugar muito mais caro e gastar 4x mais por causa da distância. Descaso total!

Quarto agradável, café da manhã com variedade, banho bom e quente. Infelizmente a experiência na cozinha compartilhada não foi boa. Fogão estava com problemas e muito lento, além de ter poucas bocas e uma só pia para a quantidade de hóspedes.
