Ruim . O acesso é muito ruim (escada enorme e escura (não tem elevador).Limpeza deixa a desejar (restaurante muito sujo, os pés chegam a grudar no chão) os atendentes mau humorados (sem educação). Lugar muito quente )não tem ar condicionado). A única coisa que é ótima, é a localização pra quem vai ao estádio do Morumbi( q foi o meu caso).

Lugar sujo e fedido a lixo pessoas falando alto de madrugada não consegui dormir. Em cima funciona um ifood 24 horas. Não tem segurança o local é aberto e qualquer pessoa entra. Faltou água, a geladeira não funcionou . Não foi feita limpeza do quarto nos dois dias em que fiquei, não tem toalhas nem sabonete . A pia do banheiro estava com vazamento, não tem ar condicionado. Um verdadeiro caos, na recepção elas só pensam em dinheiro . Essa pousada não deveria estar na plataforma no site . Gente, não fiquem nessa pousada só porque é bem proximo do estádio, não vale a pena.

Atendimento bom, mas sujo. A localização é boa, mas tem muitas pessoa estranhas que frequentam o local pra usar o banheiro, e ficam no entorno da pousada, tinha muitas batatas e não tinha ar condicionado, tava um calor terrível.

O pior local que já estive
Local era acessível para um evento que iria ao Morumbi, reservei pela faculdade, só não sabia que o lugar era insalubre. É vergonhoso essas acomodações estarem em um site respeitável como esse. O quarto fede a cigarro, toalhas sujas, os atendentes de uma grosseria nunca antes vista!

Péssima pousada
Nem deveria ter o nome de pousada. Suja. Quarto com paredes sujas chão com objetos deixados pelo hóspede anterior. Colchão imundo. Roupa de cama fedida. Travesseiro cheirando suor. Janela só pro corredor de vidro sem privacidade só com uma cortina TB suja. Baratas no armario. Barulhada no corredor e no refeitório a noite toda. Funcionários da cozinha sem aventais, tocas de proteção. Café horrível sem apresentação. Higiene péssima escadas perigosas. Corredor com altos e baixos. Sem toalhas nós quartos. Muito caro pro que oferecem . Pedi um quarto com 2 camas e me deram um com cama de casal. Tive que dormir com meu filho adulto numa só cama. Desconfortável. Barulho de ventilador de outro quarto a noite toda. Banheiro compartilhado com móvel segurado por pecas de piso empilhadas. Banheiro molhado horrível. Povo tudo esquisito. Televisão horrível. Tive que ligar TDS os fios e pedir o controle. Corredor com lombadas podendo causar quedas. Luz do corredor que não apagam dando claridade nos quartos. TD muito ruim
