The room reserved was not the same they gave me ! My room never was ready ! The check in too late (14hrs) and the check out too early (10am)! I asked for early check in and the Studio ignored my request ! The pictures on website totally lies ! I wouldn’t recommend it

Hit and Miss

I'm not a complainer much, and the room was acceptable, but, a number of things made it a 5/10. 1) Shade in living room wasn't working. Not a huge deal, but couldn't look out, couldn't block light. 2) One of the louder hotel rooms I've stayed in that is not a tent. The main sliding window doesn’t seal closed, and you’re only on the 4th floor, so you hear all the street noise, live music, cars honking. It sort of sounds like the window is just, open.... Now, I live in a city, and am used to it - but I'd recommend ear plugs and going to bed late to minimize the issue. I slept with my noise canceling ones actually. 3) Since this isn't a true hotel, but just apartments rented out, the check in process is a bit strange. My friend screwed up and didn't email his passport in advance, which was our fault. 4) Washer / Dryer on the the -2 floor. You'll need to buy tokens at the front desk, and there is no detergent, so, buy that too. There is a glass door that no one appears to have the key for that goes back to the elevator - so I walked up the car driveway two floors to the street. 5) Futon is not the type you would actually want to sleep on. When you unfold it, there is a big metal bar in the middle, so, I just slept on it while in 'couch mode'. It's fine in that regard, but you're not getting an actual bed. 6) Pillows didn’t have pillow covers, so slept on bare ones. No sheets for the futon either. Again, not terrible, but certainly not what is advertised

Nossa estadia foi muito boa , só não gostamos muito pq o microondas quando fomos usar no último dia não funcionava , no penúltimo dia o quarto estava com cheiro muito forte não sei se era do esgoto do banheiro ou da cosinha ,le tb acho que deveriam melhorar a bicama que é para duas pessoas muito pequena e tem um buraco no meio que não se encaixa na outra parte para virar bicama ! Gostamos muito da localização e a segurança do local !

Quarto zero conforto, cama pequena, banheiro alagava, tinha uma mulher na recepção que fui apenas pedir uma informação e ela já veio super grossa respondendo, não tem ar condicionado apenas um ventilador. No anuncio da a entender que o estacionamento faz parte do pacote mas chegando lá tem que pagar. A Rua é linda mas não compensa a estadia

O melhor!

Muito boa a acomodação! Tudo extremamente limpo. Um dos airbnbs com maior quantidade de utensílios na cozinha que já aluguei. Muito bem equipado. A única consideração que deixo como sugestão é colocar um blackout na cortina, pois entra bastante sol no período da manhã e nos coloca a acorda cedinho

Muito bom!

A localização e o bairro muito tranquilos e bem bonitos. Estacionamento apesar de pago tem acesso direto pelo condomínio. O Studio estava limpo e cheiroso e está bem mobiliado, uma ressalva para o sofá cama que não é muito confortável pois já está antigo e com a espuma deformada. Achei a roupa de banho e cama muito antigas, toalhas e manta com furos/buracos. Também tinha muita formiga pelo Studio.
