Fantastic staff and amenities. Very clean and cool room design. Newer property so everything was updated and in great working order. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and spoke great English. Breakfast was also great!

A new hotel with carefully thought out room designs from someone who seems to actually travel. Everything is new and shiny, and works. Very professional and courteous, multilingual staff. If the other hotels in this chain are up to the Sapporo standard, I'd stay there exclusively. Great value!

Very nice hotel close to Sapporo Station. Larger than typical rooms in a business hotel. Big open lobby with plenty of seating. BONUS--7-11 connected to the lobby. I would stay here again if I'm ever back in Sapporo.

Amazing hotel. Good size room with lots of amenities, love the public bath. Made use of the laundry service too. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is superb, right near the JR station which happened to be the meeting places for my day trips. Breakfast was delicious. I love all the local Hokkaido ingredients.

Excellent place to stay! The staff was professional and friendly. We also enjoyed the variety of the breakfast! Wish it is a little bit closer to the train station but I will still consider staying there next time!

New hotel with excellent Japanese breakfast buffet sourced with fresh Hokkaido food (i.e., seaweeds, dairy, potatoes, seafood). This hotel really pays attention to detail in everything and the staff is quite foreigner-friendly. The 7-Eleven convenient store adjacent to the first-floor lobby was uber convenient, too. Would definitely stay at the Hotel Emion Sapporo again and highly recommend!

Hotel is newly renovated, shower is warm and strong. The hotel location is less than 5 mins walk from Sapporo station, but if I walk along the underpass as recommended by the hotel, it takes much longer, so I’ll suggest walking outdoor along the streets instead. There are 3 washing machine in the laundry room, too few for all the guests to share, I went down several times and not being able to use it. Hope the hotel will consider to increase the number of machines for this popular service

The hotel is located far from JR Sapporo station, requiring a 15-minute walk with luggage. The corridor leading to the hotel is very quiet, which may not be suitable for a single woman or girl to walk alone. It is challenging to call an Uber. The front desk staff are unable to speak English. Additionally, the hotel does not provide shower caps, and the WiFi signal is weak. The slippers provided are used and not disposable.

雪でキャリーケースが汚れない場所を探していてここに辿り着きました。駅から少し歩きますが、ここにして良かったです。地下歩道を使っての行き方がわからない方は公式ホームページに画像付きで行き方が載ってます。シャワーの圧も良く、アメニティも良かったです。連泊で唯一残念だったのがタオル類のみ交換を貼っておいたのですが、古いタオルを持って行ってくれない事でした。交換とはそういう意味だと思うので、今後も利用したいので宜しくお願い致します！
