良： ・駅～スーパー&コンビニ～宿の立地 ・過度なサービスはないがお値段考えるととても良い ・問い合わせに細かく応えてくれる 悪： ・Wi-Fiがない ・タオル交換なしは認識していたので問題ないが、タオルを干したりする場所がなかった ・基本的には清潔だが、エントランスやエレベーターはやや異臭(古い雑居ビル等のにおい/ただし部屋はほぼ問題なし)と、例えばカーテンレールの中にカビ、換気扇に埃など細かいところの汚れあり ・トイレ、ウォシュレット付だと嬉しかった…あと、若干トイレの流れが悪いかも ・棚類の開閉に割と力がいる その他： ・エアコンなしで不安だったが、8月上旬の盛夏でも窓を開けて扇風機で涼しく過ごせた ・シャワーの勢いが凄い ・スーパーやコンビニで買い物して帰るなら6番出口(区役所側)、買い物不要なら7番出口が便利

到着時刻が遅れる連絡やメールが正確に表示されないトラブルがあったのですが丁寧に対応をしてくださいました。部屋も清潔感があり、静かに落ち着いて過ごすことが出来ました。

滞在そのものは快適でしたが、到着した際、マンションの場所が分かりにくく、迷子になってしまいました。 建物の入り口に「KIYAZA CITY」の名前が見つからず、別の名前が大きく出ていたので、気づかずに、何度も通り過ぎてしまいました。 （よく見たら、非常に小さく表示されていたようですが）
