The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room, with a view overlooking the park, was very large by Japanese standards with a nice sectional sofa for TV viewing and/or reading or relaxing. The bathroom was also large with 2 sinks and plenty of counter space for all of your cosmetics and toiletries. The only reason I did not give the hotel 5 stars was because they did not have a cocktail lounge available to regular guests ( we were turned away from the "bar" twice in favor of restaurant patrons) and the restaurants were not suited to "casual dinning". The more casual restaurant was breakfast and lunch only and strictly buffet style.
Very comfortable hotel, we enjoyed walking in the park and grabbing a coffee from Smooch Cafe in the mornings. Easy access to the train stations and convenience stores.
A high end hotel that was a quite affordable (off season) stay for four. It is one of those hotels that truly lives up to how it is presented on the website. Very convenient for our touring of Sapporo and the region. Park neaby is a pleasant stroll.
Well located in Nakajima Park where the autumn colours were stunning.
Superb breakfast.
Room (family) a little small for 5 persons, and there was only 1 toilet and sink. Otherwise it was very good.
The hotel was okay, but disappointing for what it promised. The view was great and the service was good, but that is about it.
The rooms and hallways probably looked good and was of great standard 30 years ago, but felt outdated and run-down. The walls had a lot of dents, scratches and streaks of different colours. The bathroom tiles were somewhat dirty, and there was browning on the sealant between the tiles. Interior was generally dated and did not give the feel of a premium hotel.
In general an OK hotel, that is fine to sleep in. Rooms and hallways should have been renovated and modernised 10 years ago.
Very professional and friendly staff. Free drinks lounge after 1pm.
とても気分の良いステイでした。スタッフは全員プロでした。とても礼儀正しくて、フレンドリーで、気遣いが良い方でした。最高!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Bed was comfortable and room and common spaces were very clean. Check-in was very easy.
Room structure was awkward. Very easy to hear activity in hallway and adjacent rooms.
The room had a perfect view overseeing cherry blossoms of Nakajima Koen. Also, the room had enough space to relax and rest. My family was pretty much satisfied, but shower room was little small.
Staed here for 4 nights in July. The hotel was almost empty (owing to Covid restrictions) but the staff were helpful, friendly, approcahable and professional.
The hotel is a stone's throw away from the beautiful Nakajima Park, as well as a supermarket, plenty of restaurants and a subway station (which will take you directly into Sapporo city centre).
The breakfasts were Provencial Bistro style, which could be a little much for those who are not used to that type of breakfast, I suppose, but everything was cooked to perfection and the staff were very accommodating of my dietary needs.
I have nothing negative to say about the hotel at all. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back again/recommend to others.

It’s the end of winter and the room air circulation is limited to either “heat” or “ off”
heater makes the room very warm
And we turn the heater off ..and there is no air circulation . Front desk gentlemen was very nice
He offered a room change for us ..But we believe it’s not gonna change anything as it’s central controlled circulation. we asked for a fan instead. He arranged for a fan to be delivered to our room . This Improved the air circulation a lot
It’s a old business hotel. Rooms are good size and have all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable
