My initial room my neighbors were very noisy because of their kids. I was accommodated with a different room no problem. The room however had gnats and i even killed a roach on my nightstand.

Location was great. Short drive over to the beach. There is a bar by the pool and the bartender had a great personality making it a fun time. Restaurants nearby including one in the adjoining parking lot called Gecos that we ate at and enjoyed. I would stay here again!

Loud Party by the pool to late into the night.
I stayed at the hotel on a Sunday night for a Monday morning business meeting. Big party by the pool kept me awake. I was on the 4th floor and heard everything. I had to call the front desk twice before someone went outside to break up the party.

This hotel was a great stopover for us. I can see why people would book a holiday here as well. Not far to drive to beach with free parking and a lovely pool with bar. Easy holiday location. Happy to see the recovery too from the storm— resilience and community!

I think it needs to be very clear: this is a converted Best Western property under the Hilton umbrella. It was very no-frills, which is fine but not really in line with the cost. Front Desk staff was great with checking us in at a late hour. There was plenty of parking and easy access to the room. The actual room itself was very motel-like, with a loud air conditioning unit embedded into the wall and paper-thin walls. Housekeeping came by and tidied up, but the beds were not reset to a high quality (pillows were thrown onto the bed, not fluffed, sheets looked thrown on). Again, the stay was fine for our purposes, but I likely wouldn't re-book.

Need lots of improvement!
I can’t for the life of me understand why you took out a coffee maker in the room. If that wasn’t bad enough, you are now “Proudly Serving” FOLGERS COFFEE! Ugh! I bring my own Starbucks Instant and was super upset that I had to leave my room to get the hot water to make it. Also, your breakfast stinks. No bananas? Red delicious apples the only fruit. Cereal and bagels. Where are the scrambled eggs? Also, you def changed things in the rooms but there isn’t enough room in between the bed and the furniture at the end of the bed. Finally, the shower is hell to turn on and off.

Property is OK for the most part. Easy access and exit and location is good for my needs. I was unhappy with the response to my issue. The TV did not work at all and I was told someone would be up to fix it. I left for 4 hours and returned to find the TV still not working. It was late then and no one was available.

Room smelled extremely musty and mildewy for what they are charging. Rip out the carpet already and replace it vinyl.... beds uber comfortable, warm pool. Not worth what I paid due to smell and ripped patio furniture in front of hotel entrance.
