The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. There was no one at the front desk for over 20 minutes when we arrived. Our room was supposed to be ready at 3pm. We arrived at 7 pm and our room was not ready until 8pm as the front desk staff had to clean the room themselves and stated to us directly “I did my best to clean the room for you”. The room was okay but the floors were dirty.

Super cute, kitschy and has a heated pool. Just what me and my daughter needed after a long drive back from Disney. 3 minutes from the airport so super convenient for our morning flight.
