Sardar Samand sits within driving distance of some nice natural attractions. Jaswant Sagar Dam is 40 kilometres away and is certainly worth the time spent on the road.

After some additional nearby destinations? Kharda is only 20 kilometres to the southwest, so jump in the car and start exploring! Alternatively, Rohat, 25 kilometres west of Sardar Samand, is also worthy of a day trip.

Mountain biking and mountain climbing are very popular with the locals. These activities will let you experience this incredible region from an entirely different perspective.

If you're feeling tense, take the chance to spend time out in the open and go cycling. If you'd prefer something else, shore fishing might be more to your taste.

Pushed for time? Booking a few guided nature walks, wildlife spotting tours and wildlife safaris will ensure you get as much as you can out of your holiday.

Feel sheer exhilaration and then a little serenity when you try your hand at parasailing. You'll no doubt have some incredible tales to tell once you've come back down to earth!
