Our clean, three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is just a three-minute walk from our quaint beach. It is luxuriously appointed with a fully equipped kitchen. Prepare your own meals, indulge in a sit-down dinner with a private chef, complete with cloth napkins and wine goblets, or relax at the poolside grill or on the patio. The renowned Father Rooster restaurant is also conveniently located at the beach.

The beach is great for snorkeling or walks on the partially black minerals and white sand. Walking on this mineral sand can be a therapeutic experience, believed to have health benefits. Snorkeling gear, beach chairs and toys are provided for use by our guests. There is a balcony off of one of the bedrooms where you can enjoy the sound of birds and even howler monkeys on occasion. There are two small patios for some outdoor relaxation as well.

Each cheery bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed, cozy comforter, fluffy pillows and crisp sheets. Hair dryers, bath linens and over-sized beach towels are also furnished for our guests.

The villa is equipped with cable and Wi-Fi, in case you want to lounge in front of the TV or post Facebook pictures of how much fun you’re having! Not that you would want to do laundry on vacation... but you could in our full size washer and dryer.

Our concierge will welcome you and be available to assist you with anything from rental cars and restaurants, to recommendations for scuba and zip-lining excursions, to hiring a private chef. We hope you’ll feel like our tranquil dwelling place is your casa.

Relaxing and comfortable condo for a family vacation, close to a beautiful beach!
Our family of six (all adults) really enjoyed our two-week holiday stay at Nick’s condo — the 3 bedroom, 3 bath layout was perfect for us! The kitchen is well equipped and it also was great to have a washer dryer. The location is very nice, just a few minutes walk to the beach. We also really enjoyed having access to the Club! We came to this area of Costa Rica primarily to scuba dive and we were very pleased with the local dive company and the proximity of the condo to the diving services.
