Karmela was a friendly, efficient, knowledgeable front desk manager. Very sweet and helpful! She represented the company very well! The night clerk sat in a chair off to the side of the front desk on his phone. But did greet us pleasantly. Room was cozy and tidy. I did find toenail clippings in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. Otherwise the bar fridge was cold and very clean. Microwave spotless too. Overall a plesant and comfortable stay.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is almost clean and the staff is always friendly. It is also lovely to have a hot breakfast to start the day.

The hotel lobby area was beautiful decorated and clean The free breakfast offered was a full selection of both hot and cold choices and was well presented buffet style The room however were a 2* quality not befitting a Hilton , the room was dated , towels and sheets of very poor quality

The bed was not as comfortable as many other places we have stayed. The pillows were small with not much in the way of stuffing. We did not ask for different pillows which was our fault. The shower gel was empty. Thank goodness my husband was able to get some from housekeeping as i was already in the shiwer when it was discovered. The breakfast was fine with the exceptio of the protein offered. The ham was definitely cold cuts which was not appetizing to say the least. The place was clean and the staff was excellent.
