Rooms large and clean. Staff were great at check-in. Many kids I presume on a sports event so the elevator was in constant use with kids going up and down to the pool.

Location was really good and in a safe area. The property was clean and many options were presented for breakfast. Close to shopping and many restaurants. Front end staff were very welcoming and friendly! One thing we felt that could be improved are the mattresses. They were lumpy and uneven so not very comfortable.

Very disappointing property. This hotel has gone way downhill since I last stayed there in 2022. Pool was filthy, with lots of hair floating in it. Ugh. Breakfast was terrible and didn’t even eat there for the last 3 mornings it was so bad! Overall staff seemed to be poorly trained and not very diligent in their jobs. So many other better hotel options in this area!

Location is perfect for convenience to many shops and restaurants. Room was big and bed very comfortable. Front desk was able to provide me with a kettle for which I was very grateful!

Impressive 1st say!

It was greatly appreciated that the staff were able to accommodate my request to have a room on the main floor and that it be cool in there when we arrived. The room was spacious, very clean & the beds were quite comfortable. Staff were very friendly. I was impressed with the breakfast station setup. The staff were able to refill the hot stations without disrupting guests & they were always full.
