On the website, it says it's 3.9*, but I walked in to a very dirty,outdated property. (The pictures online look clean and newly renovated) It was gross, but I arrived at midnight, so I thought I could tough it out. During the night (3am) I was woken by a fight that broke outside, so security arrived and it was really loud. I couldn't sleep under these conditions, so I packed up at 3:45 and had to drive another 6.5 hours to get home.I placed a complaint, and am so frustrated.

The room was comfortable and clean upon arrival, but be warned it is up to the visitor to decide what cleaning services are wanted daily. We had two rooms and neither one of us had our rooms cleaned for the 4 nights we were there, because we didn't realize we had to put a sign on the door. I travel a lot and I have never seen this before. I guess its a big savings on housekeeping when the guests don't realize that the responsibility is on them. Also, there was a mixup in my reservation and I was called to say that I needed to vacate my room immediately because the hotel was fully booked, even though I had a confirmed booking. As the phone call progressed, and I insisted that she recheck the reservation, the employee then apologized for making a mistake when she finally checked Expedia. Why that wasnt done before upsetting me with a terse phone call I dont know. All in all not a fantastic experience.

Nice hotel
It’s a nice hotel, we are there for hockey so we basically sleep there, shower and out. Very clean, nice staff, but this time the room furnace or fan was really loud. We have stayed here before and never notice that. As well you are stuck watching cable tv only as doesn’t give you an option to change inputs if you bring a firestick or Xbox. We were in the room for so little time that it’s not really a problem but if you have kids specially young ones this might be an issue.

Safe and best service in time of need!
Was in for a dental emergency and was exhausted after treatment. They were so helpful and allowed for an early check in so I could sleep after the 6 hour trip to Saskatoon.
