The Villa Waterlily was built in 1880 in the early days style. In 1994, she was stylishly and lovingly restored, welcomes its guests. The apartment in the Villa Seerose is located in a fantastic location, above the beach promenade of Sassnitz, with panoramic views of the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique view of the Baltic Sea, the well-established garden with a terrace and lawn. The apartment is for your trip in the summer, spring, summer, autumn and winter. The island of Rügen is always worth a trip. The famous chalk cliffs and through the Jasmund National Park with its book Hochwald are nearby and always worth a visit. Sassnitz and its historic old town in style baths invite to numerous cafes, restaurants and shops to linger and are within a few minutes.

The apartment consists of living - bedroom, kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, etc. equipped. Other equipment TV, CD radio, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi and patio furniture in the summer are available for use. Bed linen is included.
In addition, the final cleaning 35 € once and to pay the tourist tax on the spot.
Parking is for one car is next to the villa lily for each apartment available. Storage facilities for bicycles in the villa available.

Awesome location but not as convienient as it appears. Non German speakers need to be prepared for
We arrived and found it hard to get to and public transit was difficult to use. Taxi also difficult as we have very limited German. We were not expecting to be required to bring our own towels although when reading the advert note that it did not specify that towels were provided. There was a surprise bill presented to us on arrival as well...if we could have communicated better we would have understood this was a tourist tax charged on all beds in this location. The on site caretaker was very helpful and the owner did provide towels when we explained our misunderstanding. Don't expect to use a credit card in this part of Germany

Vom ersten Moment bis zur letzten Stunde, alles super. Erstklassige Aussicht, sehr schöne und ruhige Lage und doch mitten drin. Wohnung für 2 Personen optimal. Bad sehr schmal, Dusche Gr. 90x90 sehr bequem. Service für Quartier super. Anregung: 2 Sonnenliegen wären klasse.

FeWo ist sauber, riecht gut - und man hat eine tolle Aussicht! Allerdings nicht für längere Aufenthalte (> 1 Woche) geeignet, da keine Waschmaschine vorhanden und die Kochnische sehr eng ist und kaum Ablage-/Arbeitsflächen bietet.

Die Unterkunft ist für 2 Personen ausreichend und gut ausgestattet. Das Gebäude liegt sehr schön in erster Reihe, aber dadurch auch sehr wetteranfällig. Der Wind blies auf die Fensterfront und da einer der Heizkörper am Fenster nicht ging, war es sehr ungemütlich auf der Couch (kalte Luftströme). Was uns besonders gestört hat, ist das fehlende Fenster im Schlafzimmer. Somit keine frische Luft und der Ventilator war keine nutzbare Option (laut und kein Frischluftersatz). Wir waren im Herbst dort und können uns nicht vorstellen, wie man im Sommer dort die Näc

Wunderschöne Lage mit grandioser Aussicht
Sowohl die Lage als auch die Wohnung waren sehr schön. Alles da, was man benötigt. Fußläufig war es nur ein Katzensprung bis zum Meer. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche auf Rügen. Die Wohnung war super, die Radwege in Küstennähe teils sehr schlecht. Zu empfehlen sind eher die Wanderwege.
