Room was large and very clean.Even had a place for winter boots HOWEVER...the bed was so hard we woke up during the night with backaches.Also no clothes closet.Breakfast was good and otherwise a good stay

Our Favourite Stay in Sault Ste Marie
This location was ideal. Close to Hwy #17, close to restaurants and enough space to park our 26 foot u-haul. The young man working at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Finally, the breakfast was continental, so light, but sufficient. Thanks for everything, Stuart and Anne Marie Adams Souris, Manitoba

I didn’t like the girl at the front desk because I had a problem with the tv remote and she was very nice to come up to the room then she kinda got annoyed with us and told us to read the manual! I didn’t rent a room to have to read a manual to work the tv! This has never happened to me before at this property so not sure if I will come back the second time to find out

The price was extremely affordable, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and it was pet friendly. I see that one gentleman complained about the bathroom setup. We had exactly the same, and recognized it immediately as one that is wheelchair accessible, was an excellent setup. The one change i would suggest is changing the bath chair to a bath bench, so the tub was now accessible for one in a wheelchair to slide onto. And perhaps you already have them and would exchange them as needed. We will definitely stay here again.

On the surface everything looks very nice and is very clean but the room I was in had such a loud heater and refrigerator that it woke me up all night and I had no sleep at all from the noise.

Everything was excellent during my stay.. staff is genuinely helpful. But during winter times they didn’t clear the snow from driveway. My car got stuck in their driveway. that’s the only thing that bothers me there . Rest is excellent.
