Lovely hotel very welcoming staff and fabulous breakfast. The only downside is that the hotel needs a bit of updating, and bed was comfy but very very squeaky.

Very welcoming and ideal location
Staff pleasant and very welcoming. Bar, dining room and reception all lovely. I understand the owners have only been there since June so improvements are ongoing. Bedrooms need updating but i am sure this has previously been said and has been noted.
We stayed as a family of 10 adults over 5 rooms and had a fab time.
Breakfast good and location ideal. Weather was perfect too!!
Thank you
Amazing location walking distance to everything in Saunderfoot. Great to have parking included and easy access to the hotel. Staff really friendly and the breakfast in the morning was great! Beds not that’s comfortable and the walls are very thin. I didn’t have a great night sleep - a lot of noise coming from outside (people shouting in the street once the pubs closed) and you can even hear people snoring in other rooms. Bath was a bit old & had some damage. In general furnishings aren’t that updated. In general we had a lovely stay and would consider staying again if in the area.

Okay for a weekend
Very small double bed, quilt cover, sheets and pillow cases not white looking, towels very stained. Bar area good and good selection of drinks, breakfast good and served to you Lots of walking to do at breakfast to get everything. Lift to all floors. Staff very friendly. Central for everything in Saundersfoot. Free parking at the back if there’s room.
Would I stay again probably not.
The room was a bit basic but clean and tidy. Bed was too hard for my taste. Staff were great and hotel location was fantastic. The hotel is advertised with parking but the car park was full when we arrived so we had to park on the public car park and pay.

The hotel has a superb position and the staff are unfailingly helpful but speed themselves pretty thin, attempting several jobs simultaneously.
My criticism is the size of the bedrooms. Not a lot the owner can do, but be warned they are small, it proved necessary for one us to retire to a corner in order for the other to pass.
If only the bedroom had an additional 4 to 6 feet of space my review would have been very positive.
This was our second stay at the hotel. Previously, the twin
beds were acceptable, but this time the small double was terrible. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The shower had to be hand held and again, the bar was closed very early. Same last visit. Sorry, but we are all unlikely to return, eight guests. The breakfast was not as good as last visit in August. What a disappointment.
Typical seaside town hotel with a friendly warm welcome and great breakfast. It was ideal for us on a 2 night stay visiting an elderly relative. Clean and comfortable with a pleasant bar to watch the Brits!
The carpark is down a narrow lane behind the hotel … don't do as we did on arrival paying £10 for 24 hours in the Council seafront carpark!
Very nice stay will stay again.
Only issue is the rooms and hallways are very well heated... but it was like walking into a wall of heat it was far to high. But easily adjusted the radiators and then the room was more than perfect.
