Trotz Buchung über Expedia stand ohne vorherige Verständigung das Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung, da laut Mitteilung vor Ort das Warmwasser nicht funktionierte ! Insgesamt vermittelt dieses Haus einen heruntergekommenen und renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck Hatte den Eindruch, dass dort überhaupt keine anderen Gäste aufhältig waren Da wie oben gesagt ich das Gebuchte Zimmer aus Verschulden des Hotels nicht beziehen konnte, wurde mir - wohl selbstverständlich - auch zugesagt nichts bezahlen zu müssen Immerhin wurde ich mit meiner Gattin als kleine Entschädigung auf ein Glas Wein eingeladen

Wunderschöne Lage + Aussicht, luxuriöses Zimmer
Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das Hotel liegt wunderschön einsam mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Berge und den See. Es ist modern eingerichtet, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fensterfront und Jacuzzi, von dem aus die Berge bewundert werden könnten, traumhaft!

Hotel bellissimo, confortevole, personale sempre a disposizione e cortese pronto a offrire consigli su come girare al meglio il luogo; Panorama quasi magico con la vista sul lago; Cucina ottima Complimenti al cuoco Gentilissimi anche con i nostri 2 amici a 4 zampe sempre ben accetti anche nell'area ristorante (non è da tutti). Torneremo sicuramente anche d'estate!!!!

Location straordinaria
Meravigliosa location, elegante, raffinata, ottima pulizia delle camere, massima cortesia del titolare e del personale di servizio (voto altissimo al ristorante, di rara qualità). Stona qualche piccolo dettaglio: nella suite relax una tavoletta del bagno non impeccabile, la luce mancante allo specchio, il kit bagno non all'altezza del livello della camera (anche in rapporto al prezzo). Piccoli difetti facilmente migliorabili e che comunque non incidono nel giudizio finale sulla struttura, veramente eccellente.

Camera con vista sul lago
Il residence a picco sul lago offre una vista incantevole sia dalla sala da pranzo che dalla camera!!! L'ambiente è molto tranquillo e il personale molto cortese. La cucina ci ha offerto piatti tradizionali di ottima qualità!!! Che altro dire,se volete fuggire dal trambusto di tutti i giorni è l'ideale!!

Top - Location mit Panoramablick inklusive!
Für das Panorama (in den Bergen über dem See in wundervoller Umgebung) und die Abstimmung mit dem Hotel darauf (Panoramafenster in Zimmern und Restaurant, Dusche mit Blick auf See, Innenpool mit Ausblick wird gerade auch noch gebaut) 12 von 10 möglichen Punkten. Das Essen ist auch sehr gut (echte regionale Produkte, alles topfrisch; Sauris hat trotz nur 400 Einwohnern sogar eine eigene kleine Brauerei:-)). Kleinigkeiten haben gefehlt (Zimmermädchen, Kosmetika inkl. Duschgel/Shampoo) und leider nur schlechter Internetempfang. Für den wackligen WLAN-Empfang kann aber das Hotel nix - sie stellen modernste Geräte bereit. Alles in Allem "traumhaft" - besonders für die Romanze zu zweit!!!
