Original beautiful historic hardwood floors. Parking is on the street. This unit is in a secure building with coded entry, right behind the SCAD library.

Public Parking:
Metered street spots are best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app on your phone or parking in the nearby State St parking garage if there is availability.

Great location

Great location however the quiet hours don’t pertain to the apartment upstairs. They were very loud after midnight Saturday into Sunday. The apartment was well stocked with coffee and toiletries. Easy to park on the street in front or in the parking garage.

Historic stay

The property was correctly described. The location was excellent! It might be worth it to suggest to guests who are on the second floor to be mindful of tenants on the first floor regarding heavy walking. It's an old historic home and sound travels. It's a great choice

Could not have a better location!

Unit was just as described, had everything we needed. The location just could not have been better. Being right on a square just makes you feel like you are "in" Savannah. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We participated in the 2 hour walking architecture tour which started right across the street and it was great! We also did the 1 hour golf cart tour of the cemetery which was really nice. Both tours taught so much about Savannah history we really enjoyed them.Would stay in the unit agaon for sure!

Our stay in Savannah

The location was great. We walked almost everywhere with a few bus rides and Ubers mixed in. It’s an old building, it’s in the historic district after all. It’s been updated and nice for what you pay for it. The only downside is the wood floors are noisy. We were on hhe first floor and the person above us was walking around at all hours of the day and night. Nothing breaking the rental agreement, maybe bathroom trips, coming in late or going out early but lots of walking around. It woke us at times but wasn’t a major problem. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

This condo was in the perfect location for exploring the area. It was our first time in Savannah and we could walk to everything we had on our list. The condo itself was nice. The layout was interesting - you had to walk through the master bedroom to get to the sitting room. We thought the sitting room with the pullout couch would be fine for a second bed (so we didn't have to share the master bed) but we could not find an extra blanket to use. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely recommend this place to a couple or a single person traveling to Savannah.

I was very disappointed bldg was very old and if you are handicapped there were no grab bars in the bathroom no outside railings on the steps there was work being done on the outside no on the street parking unless you pay parking garage nearby pay there too poor heating system pictures very deceiving

Fantastic Location

A Very Cozy Place

This prooerty was in a very good location. It was close to a free DOT bus stop, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Inside, the apartment was fully equipped with necessities andand was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Overall a nice condo. Getting into the building with the keyless entry wasn’t great, the buttons would stick at times so you have to keep pushing it and then try again. Bed was really hard, and one of the pillows was so hard it was like sleeping on a brick. Location is great, just a couple of blocks from Bay Street.

Home away from home

The place was amazing. Very comfortable and accommodating. Our first time visiting Savanah was amazing and couldn’t have stayed at a better place. Great location and easy to access. Modern accessible 1st floor condo

Arrival was easy and we found street parking right in front. The instructions were easy to follow and we gained access right away. The unit was clean and the manual/binder was full of information. The kitchen and bathroom were full of conveniences: little snacks and plenty of keurig k-cups, shampoo and conditioner and hairdryer in the bathroom. My mother and I were very comfortable and it felt like home for a few days.

The unit was clean and acceptable. The building itself was not clean at all and not acceptable in the least. We left a day early because it was so unclean. The building entranceway and hallways smelled very bad. Needs a major overhaul. The communication with the manager was very efficient and professional. We will not be interested in this property in the future. We will probably stay in hotels in the future. It was very noisy with pounding most of the day. Not a positive experience.
