There was a coffee machine and coffee in the room but not one cup , not even in the bathroom. At around 8:30 pm some guy came to the door to give us towels which we didn’t ask for and he would not go away! Could not sleep because of loud children and barking dog! Why can’t they have a whole floor just for families and dogs? It was a terrible night!!!

Only thing I would Have to say about this negatively was the parking. No parking onsite except valet $45 a day or across the street for public garage at $20.

It was very convenient to sites within the historic district. The staff was attentive; breakfast quite good. Room was very clean; beds comfortable. As for negatives, there was no bathroom fan which we thought was unusual. The hotel offered valet parking on site which though kind of pricey ($45 per night) was a necessity. Expecting to tip the valets whenever you returned or claimed the vehicle we thought was a little much, given the rate.

We had a very enjoyable stay! Location is perfect. Everyone was friendly and helpful! My only "needs improvement" is that our shower water was warm at full strength, I would have liked it to be hot! That is my personal preference though!
