Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Savannah was beautiful . It was in walking distance to all shops and restaurants . The only thing that would have made it better was to have the parking lot available for guest that stay in the hotel for free . We had to park 1 block away and bring all of our bags to check in . The staff was very welcoming and the room was very clean a pleasant .

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfy and the breakfast was amazing! Will stay again. Very pet friendly and it has a great little park close by to take them out for a walk.

Hampton needs to do better for amt of money charge
Only 1 elevator worked. Soda left in refrigerator by last guest. Refrigerator didn’t work but it was replaced. The room wouldn’t get cold just semi cool good thing I travel w/personal fan, 5 dogs on my floor just continuously barking! Desk clerk said they are not assigned their own special floor which need to be!! Gnats flying by the bread area.

Many staff members were awesome. Connie at breakfast, the front desk. But the hotel had horrible housekeeping problems. It caused a late check in for us and often the basics were not met. Emptying garbage and clean towels are a must. Soaps should never run out

Location, location! This cute, clean property is perfectly located in the middle of restaurants, pubs, parks & right near the river. Our room had a peek-a-boo riverfront view! The downside was there was only 1 elevator operating and the parking situation was not the best. Otherwise all was very good.
