I loved staff; they sent me a text message asking if I needed anything etc. They let us check in even though we arrived early. I read a few reviews about A/C smell. The windows in the room cannot be opened, and the A/C is the only thing that circulates the air in the room. If you plan to stay outside of the room for a long time, this might be the perfect place to stay for a night or two in Savannah

Liked that it was near the water, dining at the riverfront was very nice. pool and hot tub excellent. Noisy being on the second floor facing the street. would have preferred to have been at the back with a balcony but it wasnt offered.

The room was very clean and Tim at the front desk was helpful. I was in room 427 which my window was on the street side. I did not sleep well at all due to all the loud cars and music all night long. The parking is horrible! I paid almost 3 times the amount for the room and then it would have been another 50 bucks for valet parking and the parking attendant was RUDE!!! I will never stay there again!!!

Market Square behind the hotel and River Street is in front. You do have to walk to River Street but really not far at all. Great location!
