Across the street from river st and a short walk through the historic district. The room was clean and we had a view of the river and ships traveling down the river. The only problem was our room had no toilet paper a staff member delivered some to our room promptly.

The entire staff at this property were so welcoming, warm, and professional! Theresa and Abby at the front desk were the BEST! The location of this property is ideal for anyone wanting to stay near the riverfront-so many restaurants, bars, and shops-all within walking distance! The rooftop views from this hotel are great, too! We will definitely be back!

Great experience,amazing staff and wonderful location. The only concern i had was that it had a funny smell on the floor I stayed for a bit. Other then that i would definitely stay there again.

Was a perfect location to walk to most shopping and dining. Beds were comfy and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not the greatest however….hot food was cold, tasty but too cold to enjoy. Coffee was good and hot though. Overall enjoyed our stay there

This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the historic district of Savannah. What makes this hotel absolutely perfect, however, is the management. We have stayed here multiple times and each time the manager on duty, Teresa, has been nothing short of fantastic. She always goes out of her way to greet us, compliment us, and go above and beyond to take care of any issues we may have during our stay. We come back because of HER!

My room on the 8th floor was VERY LOUD it was next to the maintenance closet. The fire alarm was low battery and beeped at 1am. The staff was very nice and the location was ideal though. Im sure another room would have been better

We really enjoyed our time at the Holiday Inn Express in the Historic District of Savannah! It is clean and the included hot breakfasts were an added bonus. The front desk staff was friendly, the breakfast staff was cheerful, and the concierge staff was very helpful in lending suggestions for restaurants and which tours to book. Not only was this hotel convenient to the riverside shopping and dining, but it is also close to some of the touristic hot spots like The Pink House, the Owen-Thomas House Museum, Leopold's Ice Cream, The Pirate House, and the River Street Riverboat Company. This hotel is a great value play and we recommend it!
