Only valet but for the area that makes it easy. Pet friendly with a nice park area out front which is not the case in a lot of this area! Staff were very helpful.

The property is situated in a fantastic location, and the hotel’s lobby, restaurant, and gym are well-maintained. However, the rooms could use some attention—maintenance is needed, and they could be cleaner. We even had to switch rooms because one of the bed sheets had a yellow stain.

Room was clean. The concierge was non-responsive (again!). Why do you even have one?? The waitress in the breakfast area was unorganized. Took a long time just to get a cup of tea. The breakfast buffet ran out of plates, glasses, or utensils all 3 days. Food was very slow to be replenished. I will never be back and will never recommend.
