This was just for a quick night’s sleep before heading south. Check in was easy and staff was very helpful. What stood out to me was after we left. Within about 15-20 minutes I got a phone call stating I had left a charger. In all of my travels over the years I have never had a phone call stating we had left something. This was great teamwork between housekeeping and the front desk staff. So very very helpful.

Never had that kind of experience at red l roof
When 1st got there I stayed in room 205 and it was a double bedroom the first couple of nights I slept in the first bed because they didn’t change my sheets every day so I got in the next bed another night I was awaken by bedbugs in my bed and I called front desk around 2 o’clock in the morning man that was on call that had a very bad attitude. I made videos of it management at the front desk gave me a one night free stay and said that was all that she could do, I miss work because I was so exhausted from being up trying to clean the room so I wouldn’t take any of those bugs back with me. It didn’t assist me on washing my clothes it was like they had an attitude. , I miss work because I was so exhausted from being up trying to clean the room so I wouldn’t take any of those bugs back with me. I had to bring Cleaning supplies to The to clean the room and to make sure that I wasn’t awaken again by anything. I miss a full day of work because I was extremely tired. I think they could’ve gave me a couple of nights of free stay, but they only gave me one and the overall experience was, all right but not so very good !
