I booked a room with a king size bed online through Expedia, when I arrived at the hotel, the room they gave me was two double beds, when I called the front desk, they said that was the only room available, and that Expedia had oversold that type of room, they offered me no accommodation and in fact said my room was an upgrade because it was a street view room which Was very noisy, and the view from the room was through a window so dirty you could not even see anything beside a thick film; the smoking area for the hotel is located between the parking lot and the lobby, so you have to walk by 10 smokers and walk out in the street in order to access the hotel. I filed a complaint with Expedia, and Expedia customer service said after three unsuccessful attempts to contact the hotel that there was nothing they could do, so clearly the management is not responsive to guests or to Expedia. I highly advise travelers to avoid this hotel. And as a final insult, they charged my credit card an additional charge several days later after I checked out for an unknown reason, it was a nominal amount, but still further aggravation :(
