A great location, reasonably priced and available for a single night. The room was ok and clean, but the whole hotel looks very tired and in need of renovating. Some guests were being moved to other rooms as I checked in, due to leaks and damp (it had been very windy the previous night). I didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

Being at the very top of the cliff's makes this property suitable for those who don't mind a walk back up from the beach but maybe not as suitable if you have difficulty with mobility

Great overnight stay
We had a lovely overnight stay. We were able to park outside earlier than our check in, enabling us to walk down to the North Bay beach before our check in time. The room was comfortable and clean, great value for money! All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. Thank you 😊

Lovely sea view
We had a one night stay here the view from our room was very good a lovely sea view. The room was dated and basic although the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was in need of modernisation as the shower head was very old and had a shower curtain, although the bathroom was a good size. The corridors looked like they needed a good hoovering. Good location at the top of the hill but only took around 10 minutes to get into Scarborough town.

Amazing views, friendly staff.
A great welcome from the staff. Breakfast was good and the view from the restaurant was amazing. Room was comfy, if a little compact. All in all it was great place to stay
