Surrounding the Villa is 5 private acres of forest with walking trails, a pond, and firepit with rustic benches made from trees from the wood grove.

Inside you'll find European luxury design and decor, with specially designed spaces throughout for your next writing project or work from home needs. Cozy up to one of the three fireplaces (one of which happens to be next to the Jacuzzi!) or enjoy working from the patio or deck. A third floor loft with two balconeys offers the perfect place to read, write, bird watch, or practice yoga. Kitchens on the first and second floor, outdoor gas grill, and firepit provide plenty of options for cooking. After visiting the local Monticello Wine Trail wineries, be sure to use the second floor wine fridge to keep your souvenirs at just the right temp. The custom restaurant booth in the breakfast nook, indoor, and outdoor dining areas on the wrap around deck give you an array of dining options to fit your mood.

20 minutes from C'ville and just a few minutes from Scottsville and Lovingston, there is no shortage of fun to be had within just minutes of Three Vines Villa! The James River, Monticello, orchard picking, wineries, cideries, distilleries, and antiquing on U.S. Route 29 are just down the road.
