As a two-story townhome with an inverted floor plan layout, Creek Watch features a screened porch off of the living room on the second floor and a private, partially covered deck on the lower level off of the master suite. Both of these outdoor porches feature seating areas with mesmerizing marsh views. You can also see the ocean from the partially covered deck off of the master suite. Guests of Creek Watch are welcome to access the community pool, crabbing dock and kayak launch. Bring your own kayak and explore this lush Lowcountry creek & coastline! You may also purchase a Lake House guest amenity card from the Seabrook Island Amenity Office for an additional fee, which will enable you to access the Equestrian Center and Lake House (including the outdoor pool and fitness center at the Lake House).
Surround yourself in Seabrook Island's stunning natural beauty, which features rolling sand dunes, lush maritime forests, beautiful marshland and freshwater ponds. You'll feel your stress levels melt away as you bike or walk the trails, kayak through the marsh waters, hunt for sharks' teeth & shells on the beach, play a round of golf, take a guided horse trail ride, brush up on your tennis skills or read a book in a lounge chair on the beach. Guests enter Creek Watch by walking up a the exterior stairs to the front door. Once you enter this lower level of the two story townhome, you will find the hallway that connects the master suite and the guest suite as well as the interior staircase to the second floor. On the second floor, you will find the living room, screened porch, dining area, kitchen and half bathroom. There is a stacked washing machine & dryer in a closet on the lower level in between the bedrooms.

Please note there are no amenity cards available with this unit so you will not have access to the Seabrook Island beach club.
