I researched and read many reviews for motels around Seaside Beach and boardwalk. I wanted something safe and clean. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there on how close it was to the boardwalk. Super convenient location! Literally diagonal across the street from The Sawmill. This is my second stay there. I couldn't believe even though I was there two months ago, when I walked in, the woman at the desk said Hi, Colleen. Customer service is EXCELLENT. P VERY HELPFUL, VERY FRIENDLY, VERY ACCOMMODATING. During this stay I also ran into a friend by coincidence, who said that she loves The Charlroy and she's been staying there since the '80s. This will definitely be my go-to for now on. It's also very much worth it to get the larger room, even for only two people.

Coffee in the lobby was appreciated. Bathroom was outdated and not clean...long hairs were wrapped around inside handle. Microwave had dried up food in it...couldn't use it to make my morning tea. Not sure if I would go back.

I stayed here for 2 nights. Check-in was quick and easy, and they have parking for each guest on the property. I was very pleased with how clean my room and bathroom were. The space had all the basics, no frills but very affordable. I felt safe and comfortable, the area was very close to the ocean and boardwalk with food and coffee shops nearby. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend.

This is a simple motel at the Jersey shore. It offers coffee and tea all day, a pool, is ocean front and clean with good service. A little run down but good value overall.

Tthe place is directly across the beach and Boardwalk! It was very clean!! Stella was excellent at front desk. They post info on everything that is happening in area. Pool. And daily bagels and coffee. The place rocks.

The staff was extremely accommodating and warm! Loved our ocean-facing balcony room. It was cozy and comfortable, and just a few steps away from the boardwalk and beach. Will be back!

Very old and unkept building. At check-in we got the keys and there was somebody already checked in that room. Rooms are very small.
