Check-in was the least professional or welcoming that I’ve ever had. No “welcome”, no “your room number is…”, no “have a nice stay”. Nothing about the amenities or anything. It just felt like “take your card and go away”. It was an incredibly cold welcome and experience and it felt as if I was a nuisance simply for coming here to check in. I don’t think I would ever consider visiting this hotel again the next time I am in this area.
At check in, it was a little awkward. Not really much talking, gave me a paper to sign without saying what it was for, didnt explain the INC amount. Gave us room keys, and parking pass. No have a goodnight. Front desk person at c/o at least said have a good day. They should ask how the stay was with every guest to get proper feedback. There was a couple huge pink stains on the carpet.
