I love everything about the hotel, except the fact that their TVs are not smart TVs so you're stuck with the traditional TV stations.

Basically everything went wrong from the moment we got to this property. We checked in and were told we couldn’t use our Hottub in the room after 10. Which really is fine except the fact it doesn’t say that anywhere else and this room was substantially more than the regular room. The first 5 times we left our room, the key card wouldn’t work upon return so we had to go back town 4 floors for another key. The second morrning my husband woke up after being told about their gym and wanted to work out. But wait…..the only machine out of 4 in the gym that works is an elliptical, everything else is broken. Later in the second day, add another 2 key cards that we had to go down and get. 2nd night we run a bath, to no hot water, how does that even happen? You’re not sure? Well the front desk staff isn’t sure either, so I got told ‘Oh really, that’s really odd, I’m not sure’. No promise to fix it. The second day we stayed here our room didn’t even get cleaned despite us never having the privacy tag on for a single second we were there. Add in a couple more key card changes. Breakfast the third day was the bare minimum, the attendant seemed to be trying but she kept saying she was out of everything and there seemed to be no resolve for that. Grabbed an apple pie, and it was expired. Room got cleaned on the 3rd day, half assed with stuff left everywhere. Fourth day no room clean again. Key cards still not working. Gym not working. Paying for a room where everything should be working.

Very quiet hotel that was convenient to an event we needed to attend. The facilities were clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast had a limited selection but was fresh and tasty.

Room was excellent for the price for my stay, comparing to similar properties. Bed was very comfortable, nice to have fridge and microwave, and coffee machine. Room was generally quiet aside from loud talking guests at 4am (not the hotel's fault) who might have been outside our window. Staff was professional and courteous. Felt like a safe area in Alderwood, easy free parking. Complimentary breakfast was basic and fine with a couple of hot items (eggs and sausage) and a waffle maker. In a central area of Alderwood, nothing much walkable from the hotel. Alderwood Mall was close by (5 minute drive).

we at the Best Western Alderwood in Lynnwood while visiting family in Seattle - much less expensive than staying in Seattle and this location is so close to the expressway that it was quick and easy to get down there. The room was nice and clean and everything was in good shape. My husband and I appreciate eco-friendly thanks but gosh this room could’ve used either brighter bulbs or more lamps - it really felt dark in there. Still, I would recommend this to anyone. Breakfast room was really nice with great selections. Parking spots were a little narrow, and we had difficulty with that. Shout out to Ben, who was at the front desk one night when I ran into a little problem (not related to the hotel) and he went above and beyond to help me out!
