Enjoyed bar & lounge area, great way to pre-game. Service was excellent in every area except for the bar - due to staffing issues the bartenders were perpetually behind on orders. A 10-15 minute wait to order a drink was the norm. The room - loved the tech and lighting creativity, and the ability to control everything from the iPad… my one complaint is that the room is very small. Very little floor space and the bathroom is tiny since it’s sharing the shower space. Good for one person only…. Reminds me of micro apartments.

My boyfriend and I came here for his 30th birthday and had such a great time. Everyone at the front desk was so nice and helpful, the bar staff was attentive and friendly. It’s very walkable and in a convenient location. My only cons would have to be how small the room is, how uncomfortable the pillows and blanket were, and how the iPad to control everything in the room didn’t really work. The tv didn’t work well either which sucked but overall it was a nice stay!

The hotel is modern with high tech room features. Breakfast buffet was pretty good too. Service was slow though I ordered fresh towels and it never arrived I had to go down and get it myself. Location is nice very close to the Space Needle and MOPOP.

We arrived at the property at noon knowing check in was not until two. We asked if early check in was possible and we were told they could check us in at one. We went and had lunch close by and returned at one. The woman before us was checked in without issue and we were in the middle of being checked in when a woman manager came up and told the girl helping us that because the hotel was completely booked that they could not check anyone in until two. We reminded them that we had already been told we could check in at one but it made no difference. We then sat in the lobby for an hour. We were only in town for a football game for one night and we feel like we lost two hours of our very short trip. Had we been told at noon that we could not check in until two, we would have dropped our bags and gone into the city to do some of the things we wanted to do. Instead we sat in the lobby and watched the same manager eat her lunch. While more and more people showed up causing a large amount of people to start showing up and creating a back up at two when they could finally start checking people in. All because it was full that night? It was very aggravating and I will never book this property again because of that one manager. Everyone and everything else was fine and I would have given a good review.
