The room is tiny but for the price, it's good. The lobby looks nice and stylish, but the room looks okay. The room I stay at has a smell, not horrible or anything but it's there. Soaps and lotion smell bad in my opinion, don't know who approve those to be used. The "closet" is tiny, right by the door (you can open the door and hang your clothes from outside kind of small). There's storage under the bed. There's an iPad to control everything- curtains, lights, TV; but it can be lagging sometimes. Surrounding areas are nice, convenient, walkable to many places. If you just need a decent affordable place to sleep and shower at night, this hotel maybe for you.
Housekeeping "threw away" two of my shopping bags with stuff OBVIOUSLY in it (no, my bags were not in the trash can). The manager said if it's on the floor, near the door or near the trash can, Housekeeping would think it's trash and throw it away(???). I said my shopping bags were NOT in the trash can, and you can clearly see my stuff in the bags. Manager said they're not allowed to go through guest's belonging (??) then why would you throw your guest's belonging away? male manager worked that one night made no sense at all (1/8/26). He offered to refund me the shirt price, but I have other stuffs. But whatever. I was NOT happy with this explanation at all. It feels like he tried to put the blame on me. I needed to extended another night but I decided to go to a different hotel down the street instead.
