The property is clean and have good style. Most things are controlled by electronics (an ipad in room to control TV, temperature, curtain) but it's lagging.
Housekeeping threw away two of my shopping paper bags with things in it (it's VERY OBVIOUS). Manager said sorry but if I left it on the floor NEAR the door/trash can, Housekeeping would think it's trash. I said my things were NOT in the trash can and it's VERY OBVIOUS that there are things inside those two bags, and then the manager guy said Housekeeping cannot look into guest's belonging (???) - then why did they threw it out if it's guest's belongings? The manager made no sense. They offered to pay for a shirt that's in one of my bags, mind you the other bag also have other things I just bought. I could have made a big deal out of it but I decided not to. Whatever.
You can hear most things going on in the hallway from inside the room e.g: next door close or open, walking talking sound, cleaning room next door. I don't enjoy that, but not hate that too much either.
Room is tiny. Closet is right next to the door and very small; width+depth is about the size of a carryon luggage laying flat.
It's cheaper than other hotels around so I guess that makes up for the tiny size. I was gonna extend another night but decided to spend the night at another hotel a block away that's way better. Overall, not bad but not great. If you're looking for affordable options, this might be for you.
